The ABS/SRS Code Reader OBDII Scan Tool was developed by experts in the automotive service industry to access the information stored in the various vehicle modules. The Tool retrieves codes from the ABS and SRS systems and scans for OBDII codes. It also provides the definition of each code to help diagnose problem areas within the systems that may cause the malfunction indicator light to turn on.

Backlit Display

Diagnostics are easy to read on the large backlit display. The display has a large viewing area for posting messages, instructions, and diagnostic information. The LCD display measures 128x64 pixels and features contrast adjustment to make it easier to read in different lighting conditions.

Optional Battery Power

The battery compartment provides power to the scan tool when reprogramming the tool or printing from a personal computer or for off-vehicle use such as reviewing of codes, code lookup, and system setup. (Battery not required to use Tool for reading codes.)

Optional Scanning Suite Software

Use the Scanning Suite software to get the most out of your 9450 Scan Tool. Install the downloaded Scanning Suite application (available at otctools.com) prior to connecting the Scan Tool to the PC. Once installed, the Scanning Suite includes useful additions such as manuals, tool update software, print capture, and more. Scanning Suite is not required to use the Scan Tool.

Internet Updateable

Keep your scan tool up to date with firmware updates that are downloadable on the Internet.
